Was watching a segment of Plunder the other day inquiring for possible reasons why Barry Morphew is going on a hunger strike in prison-the question prompted me to ask the same question in a Horary chart. Here below is a delineation of the question : "Why is Barry Morphew going on a fast or hunger strike in prison?"
My reflection of the chart follows of why : There is energy in the chart that suggests he wants to pass away. 'Thoughts' about dying, Mercury in Barry's 8th house after the chart is turned, in his significant sign Gemini, looked on with some dignity, in the Tarot, Gemini represents spiritual inspiration, and force, faith. He might be seeking a way to die with dignity by his own hand. I don't know about the death penalty rites in Colorado. Do they yet have the death penalty, but alternately, if his frame would be thin at the time of the administration of the injection of medications to pass, the effect would possibly be swift in a weakened estate, Barry would abstain by fasting.
There is also a possibility that within the throws of fasting, he wishes to obtain or reach a spiritual place to visualize his past sweetheart, some time of imagined or real reality of heavenly spheres, to be forgiven by her before leaving this earthly plane to be judged in heaven...his purported belief system-of a Christian existence being in his heart and mind.

Saturn is in the term of Venus in Gemini in the personal radix 1st house, is full of meaning for Saturn's thoughts of demise, 'thinking' of his past experiences with Susan whom at one time he was in love with, the term of Saturn is on the turned 12th house for Barry (using the 7th house as his personal Ascendant, and Saturn is at the degree of Morte' at the 13th deg. (163 deg. in reality, (which could be interpreted as he doesn't wish to die in jail-that he should endure any long term residency within those walls, so fasting may give him 'his' way of taking directions for taking his own life, and a euphemistic way to somehow come in spiritual contact with and commune with Susan?
