Triple Threat Mentoring

Our program focuses on three areas: Attitude, Academics and Athletics.

Established in April 2020 Triple Threat Mentoring is a program that offers one-on-one and group mentoring to primarily Black and Brown girls living in North or Northeast Portland.

At Triple Threat, our mission is to increase opportunities for all youth to prosper through mentorship, motivation, and guidance—helping them transition into young adults with purpose.

National Mentoring Month is especially important to us because it sheds light on this essential work and the life-changing impact mentorship can have.

More than 1 in 3 young people in America are growing up without a mentor outside their family. By growing the mentoring movement, we have a chance to close this gap—expanding access to supportive, caring adult relationships that help young people thrive.
