Hemos escuchado a muchas familias en Oregón y el sur de Washington que están viviendo momentos de incertidumbre, estrés y preocupación por sus derechos y la seguridad de sus seres queridos.
SHPE Oregon, Latino Network y los Servicios Legales de PSU están organizando una serie de talleres comunitarios para apoyar a las familias con información sobre Conozca Sus Derechos y preparación familiar. Queremos ofrecer información clara, segura y confiable para que las familias se sientan más preparadas ante situaciones inesperadas.
• 15 de diciembre: Conozca Sus Derechos (Virtual)
• 15 de enero: Protege Tu Familia (Híbrido, con notario en persona)
Estos talleres son gratuitos, confidenciales y abiertos a todas las familias. No se pregunta estatus migratorio.

We’ve listened to many families across Oregon and Southwest Washington who are experiencing uncertainty, stress, and fear about their rights and how to protect their loved ones if something unexpected happens.
SHPE Oregon, Latino Network, and PSU Student Legal Services are hosting a two-part community workshop series to support families with Know Your Rights information and family preparedness tools. Our goal is to provide clear, trustworthy information so families feel more prepared and supported.
• December 15: Know Your Rights (Virtual)
• January 15: Protect Your Family (Hybrid, with notary on-site)
These workshops are free, confidential, and open to all families. No immigration status is asked.
