Paths Remembered Project offers “Two Spirit and LGBTQ+ Pride Toolkits for community and clinical spaces. These toolkits are designed to ensure Two Spirit and LGBTQ+ clients see themselves reflected in the printed materials in a space. They include:

For this month's NWIBC check-in, please join us as we welcome presenters Itai Jeffries and Morgan Thomas. They will be showing us how to create Affirming Spaces for the Two Spirit/Indigiqueer/Native LGBTQ+ community into our breast & chest feeding work.

About the presenters:

Itai Jeffries, PhD (they/them/y’all) is a Yesah/Occaneechi Two Spirit educator, qualitative researcher, and equity consultant. They co-manage the Paths (Re)Membered Project at NPAIHB, a 2SLGBTQ+ health equity initiative, and are a firm partner of biwa|Emergent Equity, Inc., a racial equity and organizational development firm based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Morgan Thomas is a writer and settler, who works as a contractor at the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board Paths (Re)Membered Project.
