The Kiwanis Club of Porterville was charted in December 17, 1947. Our main goal is to serve the youth of the area. In its years of existence (in Porterville), we’ve had many amazing and creative projects to help the children and their families . Kiwanis is a Worker Club and no matter whether you are eighteen or eighty, there is something you can do. Club members come from all walks of life, ever

yone with the same goals in mind, to fulfill Kiwanis intentions of helping local youth and families. From food donations to yard maintenance we welcome volunteers! If you would like to become involved in your community, help make a difference, join a community service group.

2020 Year

Kiwanis motto is "Helping Children of the World”. Porterville Kiwanis Club continues to support our local youth, as well as youth in surrounding areas.

Due to Covid pandemic and to follow current city regulations, our club is currently only doing zoom meetings. Since we will not be having meetings we will be focusing on working on the hut and cleaning the yard. lots of leaves!

Our club continues to donation to the various organizations we have grown a network with, near and far.

It is very hard to have successful fundraisers these days and we have been so blessed to know the owners of of All Valley Uniform Shop Joey Rivera and Margarita Garcia. They have been generous enough to help our club by helping sell our tickets when ever we have a fundraiser.This greatly helps our club. These are the greatest people. Stop by and stay hello !!
