With her expertise in employment law and engaging style of presentation, Karen is sought after as a recurring speaker on a wide variety of employment law topics for business groups and associations. She has authored numerous articles for business and legal publications, and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Employment Law at the Pepperdine University School of Law. Karen is also an active community member, participating in more than a dozen business and civic groups and serving as an officer or board member of numerous philanthropies and foundations.
