Every experience becomes more meaningful when it is used for a purpose greater than ourselves. 💖

Today I had the privilege of speaking to the Rotary Club of Albuquerque about the experiences that have shaped my journey as Miss New Mexico.

From years of ballet training to serving communities across our state through my initiative, Get Going, and preparing for a career in physical therapy, each chapter has reinforced the importance of service, leadership, and using my voice to make a difference.
I am grateful for the opportunity to share my story with a group of community leaders who have dedicated their own lives to serving others. Thank you, Rotary Club of Albuquerque, for the warm welcome and meaningful conversation. It was an honor to spend the afternoon with you!

Yesterday’s game was such a fun way to spend the day before competition week kicks off. 🏈

I had the best time at the New Mexico Chupacabras game at Tingley Coliseum today as they took on the San Diego Strike Force. Getting introduced on the field was such a fun moment and I loved walking out on the field with so many local titleholders. There’s something really meaningful about sharing these in-between moments together before everything gets busy.

Thank you to our Forever Miss NM Christina Hall-Osborne for making all the arrangements and we loved seeing Ane Romero another one of our beautiful Forever’s. The sisterhood is awesome!

Today is National Senior Health & Fitness Day and I’m reminded that movement truly is medicine. 💙

Throughout my time in the Miss America Opportunity, I have dedicated my focus to my community service initiative, Get Going. This initiative is centered around encouraging movement, healthy aging, and improving quality of life for senior adults through accessible physical activity and wellness education.

It was such an honor to celebrate today by participating in a senior adult Zumba class at the Corrales Senior Center. I was absolutely blown away by the energy, mobility, strength, and joy of everyone in the room. Their enthusiasm was a beautiful reminder that staying active is not about age, it’s about continuing to show up for your health, your community, and yourself.

Healthy aging starts with movement, and every step, stretch, dance, and walk matters. Here’s to continuing to get going at every stage of life! ✨💃
