Eastern New Mexico University Alumni Association

Homecoming reminded us that ENMU is more than a place. It's a feeling of belonging, connection, and lifelong Greyhound pride.
From near and far, alumni, students, and friends gathered to celebrate traditions old and new, from the grand opening of the Student Support Services Building and the President's BBQ to the pep rally, bonfire, Alumni Awards Breakfast, parade, tailgate, and football game.
Thank you for coming home to Eastern and for continuing to invest in the Greyhound community. Your support helps create opportunities for current students while strengthening the bonds that connect generations of ENMU alumni.

Protecting the future starts with what we do together today. 💚🐾

At ENMU, Sebastian Summo-Elias (MS ’26) is turning his passion for wildlife into meaningful conservation research. Working alongside Dr. Drew Davis, he is studying New Mexico’s threatened Western Ribbon Snake to better understand how to protect the species for generations to come.

His work is a powerful reminder of what happens when students have the mentorship, resources, and opportunities to pursue their passions. Stories like Sebastian’s are possible because of a community that believes in student success. From faculty who inspire discovery to donors who invest in opportunity, every connection helps create a stronger future.

At ENMU, student success extends far beyond today’s achievements. It’s measured not only by what Greyhounds accomplish now, but by what they make possible for the communities and generations that follow. This Giving Roosday, Together We Succeed by investing in the next generation of Greyhound researchers, innovators, and changemakers whose discoveries create lasting impact for New Mexico and beyond.

Answer the call at giving.enmu.edu to support future student success stories.
