Kudos to Advantage Lock and Key! The Pantry recently experienced issues with an outdated lock. Jim provided prompt and helpful assistance. As a local businessman he offered a reduced rate for our non-profit organization. We highly recommend his services!

We are grateful for the contribution of 526 pounds of items made by the Portage community at the National Night Out event, which will help meet the needs of our approximately 900 monthly customers. Thanks are also due to the organizers of the event and to Robin and Jerry Rice for their role in manning the Portage Food Pantry booth.

During the annual meeting of the Portage Food Pantry, Carolyn Aldridge and Judy Keppert were celebrated for their outstanding service, receiving the 'Making A Difference Award.' Their dedication and commitment to various volunteer roles over the years have been exemplary, and their ongoing contributions are truly valued.

The Pantry was recently the recipient of a promotion from AMPI. They assembled and donated 40 “Summer Cookout” bags that included AMPI produced cheese, along with hamburger, buns and all the fixings. Thanks for supporting our Pantry!

On May 9th, courtesy of Portage community donations, the National Association of Letter Carriers delivered 2999lbs of shelf-stable items to the Portage Food Pantry. We gratefully acknowledge their organization's outstanding work in organizing this recent food drive and thank all donors for their support.

Portage Food Pantry is open during regular hours. Contrary to recent reports, we are not closed. Our hours today are 11:00-12:00.
