PLX Bass Masters 3rd Qualifier at Edgewater 06-28-26

We had a picture‑perfect morning for 12 boats launching out of Edgewater. Lake Erie gave us the full menu — plenty of fish caught, a few heartbreaks at the net, several measuring just short, and more than a couple of the wrong species mixed in. In other words, a classic day on Erie.

Kenny Grimes stayed true to form and brought in the winning Boater bag with 13.22 #.
Grant Lowry claimed Boater Big Bass with a solid 3.35 # fish.

On the Co‑Angler side, Joe Harmon put together an impressive three‑fish limit totaling 8.07 #.
Jason Riley took Co‑Angler Big Bass with a 3.59‑pound beaut.

Great turnout, great weather, and a great day of fishing for the club.

PLX Bass Masters 1st Qualifier at Mosquito Creek Lake 04/19/26

Perfect spring morning on Mosquito. Plenty of fish were caught throughout the day, but the bigger bites were hard to come by for most of the field. A few anglers, however, managed to crack the code, including Boater Joe Kohler, who secured the top Boater spot with a strong 12.45 # bag. Seasoned Co‑Angler Brian Kromi put together an impressive 11.80 # bag to win the Co‑Angler Division, that included a Co-Angler BB toad at 5.05 #. On the Boater side, Don Prosise claimed Boater BB honors with a 4.87 # beaut. Congratulations to all the anglers. Way to kick off our 2026 season!
