If you haven't done it already, mark your calendars for this Saturday for the Chamber of Commerce's SOUPer Bowl. It's in person this year at the Greek Orthodox Church on Fairway Drive from 12-3pm.

Lots of warm, delicious soups will be tasted and judged for this year's SOUPer Bowl Chambers for adult and kids' choices!

This year's SOUPer Bowl will be held on February 1, 2020 from 12-3, at the Archangel Michael Greek Church on Harbor Links Drive.

Yesterday's SOUPer Bowl was another great success! Here are the winners of the Judges Choice, People's Choice and our newest category, Kids Choice:

JUDGES CHOICE:
1st Place: f.i.s.h. on main's Clam Chowder
2nd Place: Bosphorus's Tomato Soup with Kesere Cheese and Croutons
3rd Place: Cactus Café's Chicken Corn Chowder

PEOPLE’S CHOICE:
1st Place: Cactus Café's Chicken Corn Chowder
2nd Place: Bosphorus's Tomato Soup with Kesere Cheese and Croutons
3rd Place: f.i.s.h. on main's Clam Chowder

KIDS CHOICE:

Yesterday's SOUPer Bow XI was a great success! About 600 hungry soup lovers enjoyed sampling Port restaurants' wonderful offerings, then cast their votes for their top three choices.

Here are the results:

Judges Choice winners:

1st place - Ayhan's Mediterranean Market's Turkey Chili and Kale Soup

2nd place - PW Diner's Greek Lemon Soup

3rd place - O'Hara's Loaded Potato Soup

People's Choice:

1st place - Wild Honey on Main's Cauliflower Parmesan Bisque

2nd place - O'Hara's Loaded Potato Soup

3rd place - Wild Goose's Turkey Chili
