UPDATE 20 March 2024: Due to urgency in his original owners’ situation, we needed to move ASAP. ‘Atlas’ is currently in a foster with intention to adopt home. We are able to move quickly in situations like this because of adoption applicants who are willing to complete both an adoption and home check even when it sometimes means waiting some time after that for the right dog. Sometimes, there simply isn’t time to start from scratch to clear new applicants and meet new urgencies. We continue to review all applications that have been received, and will contact everyone and move forward on home checks as quickly as possible so that we can continue to match every dog with the right home.
