Egg hunt time!!

Once again Pleasant Valley Greenhouse & Gifts is blessing us by hosting a benefit egg hunt

Notes:
- All children's activities are free.
- A ticket for the adult egg hunt is $20.
Each ticket allows you one egg. Every egg is a winner (prizes vary).
Adult tickets can be redeemed on 4/4 between 10am-4pm.
If you are unable to attend on 4/4, please let PVGG know and your egg/prize will be saved for pickup at a later time.
- There are 2 kids egg hunts, at 10:30 and 12:30. Both egg hunts will have age groups (it all happens really fast!)
- Be sure to sign in your kiddo upon arrival.

Attention hunters!

More deer meat than you can handle? Please consider donating your harvest to Bearded Brothers Outreach.

At no cost to you, the deer can be dropped off directly with North Hill Butcher Shop (520 Hollenbach Rd, Middleburg). Contact them at 570-765-2090 for a drop off time, let them know it's a donation for Bearded Brothers and they'll take it from there. North Hill will contact US when it's ready. Your harvest will be processed and disbursed throughout our area to those who could use a boost.

If you would like us to pick up your harvest, text or message through Facebook and we'll do our best to arrange a time for pickup! (Please note, all volunteers do have full time jobs. We do our best, but this can make pick up tricky)

Also, if you, or someone you know, is going through a challenging time and would benefit from a ground venison donation, please text or message us through Facebook - we would love to bless the community.

--Super important.... your deer must be a legal harvest with a tag filled out and attached.--

Attention local businesses: you may be seeing a sponsorship form show up in your mailbox within a few days. If you are interested in sponsoring our golf tournament, please let us know!

Side note: Local businesses are the ones who help make this fundraiser a success. Same with all your children's sports/activities fundraisers, etc. The big box stores aren't sponsoring your son's baseball team or your daughters softball tournament... local businesses do that! Please remember that when you're in need of an item or service 💚

It's almost that time again!

⛳️ Registration is open! Feel free to drop off/send forms or call the course to reserve your spot

⛳️ Most important detail....
You MUST choose a start time! Last year the tournament filled up quickly, so we added a morning start time. This year we've decided to add the morning option right away - so please be prepared with your choice of start time.

⛳️ As always, there will be lots of food, snacks and beverages!
Meal consists of turkey, mashed potatoes, filling and corn.

Huge shout out to all of our sponsors last year, this is only a success because of you. These aren't your big "box store" sponsors. All of our sponsors are local, hardworking neighbors and we are so grateful for each one of you!

Golf Tournament Update!!!

Due to the tournament being completely full, it has been suggested that we add a morning shotgun start.

If you are currently signed up, your start time is 1pm. If you would like to change your start time to 8am, please do so by calling directly to the golf course.

The 8am start will have lunch after they have finished. The 1pm start will have supper as usual. It has not been confirmed yet that each meal will be the same.
(I'm hoping for turkey and the fixin's for both teams, but that is dependent on the number of teams registered for the morning time)
