The 2nd week of July, Massey spoke multiple times at the Great Homeschool Conventions in Round Rock, TX. As we were setting up our booth before the convention started, the convention organizer came to let us know she had received a number of emails regarding Massey’s message, “Sharia Law vs. the Constitution: A War of Principles.” The emails were essentially asking the organizers to cancel Massey as a speaker for spreading misinformation or have a sharia law scholar in to counter the misinformation… There was some apprehension about possible retaliation or protest for continuing on with the message as scheduled, however there was never any intention of backing down from preaching truth. We immediately reached out to a few of our prayer partners and proceeded as planned.

Not only was that specific class the most powerful one of the weekend, it was also the most attended class Massey did. People were lined up all along the back wall, sitting on the floor because all the seats were full. People stayed after to share their thoughts, ask questions, and thank Massey for bringing to light what our nation is facing.

All that to say, we need we stand for truth no matter what!!! We have seen and experienced over and over again, God moves powerfully through persecution! We are firm believers in the word when it says, “But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew.” Exodus 1:12
