💲 Starting Pay: $20/hour based on experience and skillset
Behavior Basics is looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help support the daily operations of our clinic. This is an active role that combines administrative support, facility organization, inventory management, and maintenance tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, working with their hands, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
✔️ Front desk and client flow support
✔️ Organizing and maintaining clinic spaces
✔️ Inventory tracking and supply ordering
✔️ Receiving deliveries and coordinating vendors
✔️ Assisting staff with daily operational needs
✔️ Facility maintenance and basic repairs
✔️ Using basic tools such as drills and hand tools when needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Reliable and proactive
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable with physical activity throughout the day

Behavior Basics is hiring a hands-on, high-energy Operations Coordinator to keep our ABA Therapy clinic running smoothly day-to-day. This is an active, fast-paced role—perfect for someone who likes to stay moving, solve problems, and take ownership.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage front desk flow (client check-in, dismissal, communication)
✔️ Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully operational
✔️ Support staff with supplies, setup, and daily needs
✔️ Handle inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
✔️ Perform light facility maintenance and basic repairs as needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Is reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Communicates clearly and takes initiative
• Is comfortable using basic tools (e.g., hand drill) and handling light maintenance tasks
• Enjoys a mix of physical work + administrative responsibilities
