Our schedule is designed and delivered specifically for participants who are unable to meet on nights and weekends...classes are also family friendly (Littles welcome! 🤗)-

Maddox and I are using our day off to tune out so we can tune in. 🤗 Yoga, some light housework and cleaning, walking barefoot outside, watching the clouds go by, meal prep for the rest of the week...

We did talk about the election today. This morning he saw the line of voters at the school closest to our home and we discussed how our country has a government here that allows/needs participation. We talked about what it means "to vote" and at some point later today I plan on showing him www.270towin.com, an interactive site that explains the election process with visuals, namely a US electoral map complete with the points for each state, state by state predictions/tracking for this election (states turn from red to blue and back again when you click them, assigning the points to each candidate depending on who takes the popular vote for that state, also allowing you to track later tonight as states report), AND past results from every election we've ever had (under the Constitution). Definitely a fun tool to use for all ages! 💚

That being said, regardless of how you choose to spend your day, may you remember to relax your jaw, forehead, soften your eye gaze, allow your shoulders to rest away from your ears...heavy and soft... May you remember to breathe deeply, feeling the air and life force enter your lungs as your belly extends and chest lifts to the sky... and exhale completely...mouth open, letting All Things go completely...back to Source ✨
