Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative and Beacon Broadband October Food Drive

It's that time of year again, and we're excited to launch our annual October Food Drive in partnership with Beacon Broadband. Together, we're committed to making a difference in our local community and addressing food insecurity.

Last year, your incredible support led to over 3,600 pounds of food donations, benefiting food banks in Brookings, Gold Beach, Port Orford, Coquille, and Myrtle Point.

Here's how you can contribute this October:

Donate Nonperishable Food Items: Drop off canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, canned fruits and vegetables, and baby formula at our office locations.

Make a Monetary Contribution: If you can't visit our offices, you can donate directly to food banks through the Coos-Curry Electric Charitable Foundation. Monetary donations help food banks acquire essential items.

Share and Spread the Word: Sharing this post and our mission with your friends and family can make a huge difference. Together, we can reach more people and create a ripple effect of generosity.

Let's come together, share the spirit of giving, and make a positive impact in our community. Your support, whether through donations or sharing this message, helps ensure that families have access to food and a sense of well-being.

Join us in making a difference this October!
