South Kitsap Track & Field Club South Kitsap Track & Field Club - Jaguars We are affiliated with USA Track & Field (USATF) and in the USATF Pacific Northwest association.

South Kitsap Track & Field Club is a Junior Olympics program for track & field athletes ages 7-18 and their families, who support and help run our all-comers meets, participate in a program designed to stimulate and encourage interest and competition in track and field. Practice and meets are at South Kitsap High School, Port Orchard, WA. See website for current schedule. Meets are open to public

participants. Our regular season begins a few weeks after South Kitsap School District’s Spring Break and ends when school is out. Athletes who wish to continue competing longer in the Junior Olympics are encouraged to do so and will have coaching available. We practice at South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, Washington and have members from Kitsap, Mason and Pierce Counties.

Hi Families, With much heartache, we are sad to announce that this years South Kitsap Track and Field Club season will not happen. Due to scheduling conflicts at the SKHS track, the middle school track/football seasons changing and diminishing volunteer support the SKTFC Board have elected to suspend the club. If the future brings more volunteers to the club and to the board, this might change. Please feel free to reach out and let us know if you are interested in helping fill any positions. Again, we are really sorry to be closing down such a fun and wonderful club. Hopefully your runners will get out there and keep on running. Scott and Jeanne Papa

We want to say thank you to all the athletes who competed this season with the SKTFC. It was quite the season filled with lots of growth and learning and more importantly, a whole bunch of fun. And thank you to all the wonderful coaches that came out every week to help our kiddos learn. And last but not least, thank you to all the parent and family volunteers who helped out during the meets. As I am sure you know, this is always a team effort. Thanks for showing all the kids how important volunteerism is and how working together creates such wonderful things.

Hi families! We just wanted to touch base with you all regarding the rest of the year. Practices and the meets will go on as scheduled. The football team will be on the field during the beginning portion of our practice. Once they leave the field we will then practice our field events. The meets will still happen on Saturday mornings as they have so far with no changes! If you have any questions, see us on Thursday or feel free to contact us.
