We Did It! Camp RISE 2025 was a Huge Success!

Kitsap SAIVS just wrapped up our 8th successful Camp RISE, designed to uplift and empower children ages 8–12 who have experienced abuse or witnessed violence.

Don’t miss tomorrow’s Vicarious Trauma Training provided by Rebuilding Hope’s Clinical Director Stephanie Sacks! Take advantage of this opportunity to learn how you can minimize the impacts of vicarious trauma on yourself and your organization.

This 3.5 hour training is geared toward folks that work in helping professions and/or have repeated exposure to trauma through work or volunteer activities.

Every act of kindness, however small, can make a profound impact. You can offer empowering support to the men, women, and children at Scarlet Road by donating essential items to meet the personal hygiene needs of survivors in our community. We are currently in need of:
Men's and women's razors
Shampoo
Conditioner
Combs and brushes
Hair ties
Menstrual cups
Body wash

Kitsap SAIVS is a NCA Child Advocacy Center.

✨These are the real words of a kid served by an NCA-accredited center. Through our Youth Feedback Survey, we're hearing from them in their own words. Children's Advocacy Centers (CACs) listen to children. CACs also help them process what's happened to them and build a foundation for life after abuse so they can go back to being kids.
