I am very excited to hear the news that SKSD will NOT be defying the state-wide mask mandate. Staff, student, and family health are priorities within SKSD. -Rep. Kai

The South Kitsap School Board passed a motion on Wednesday for the superintendent to explore challenging the mandate.

I will be sworn in to my position on August 3rd, and will subsequently be attending all normal meetings of the SKSD School Board and the WWSDA and NSBA Conferences.
