Dear VFW Market Day Vendors,
We are excited to announce that we have officially secured the Bauer Community Center for our Christmas Market Day on Saturday, 10am-4pm December 5, 2026!
We would like to extend a special thank-you to the Bauer Community Center for working with us and helping make this event possible. Our VFW Market Days continue to grow bigger and better each year, and we are very excited to bring everyone together for this special Christmas event.
๐ WHOVILLE HOLIDAY MARKET WITH THE GRINCH ๐
This yearโs Christmas theme will be The Grinch, and our event will be called the Whoville Holiday Market with the Grinch!
Because another event will be held at the Bauer Community Center on Friday evening, vendors will not be able to set up Friday night. We will open the doors very early Saturday morning so vendors have plenty of time to unload, bring in merchandise, decorate, and prepare their booths. Additional setup instructions and times will be provided.
๐ BOOTH DECORATING CONTEST
We encourage everyone to get creative and decorate their booth! Awards will be given in three categories:
1. Whoville Spirit
Best overall Christmas cheer, festive decorations, and glowing lights.
2. The Mean One
Best Grinch-focused booth featuring a grumpy, mischievous, sneaky, or green Grinch-inspired design.
3. Peopleโs Choice
The winner will be selected by votes from our Market Day shoppers!

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION
Please carefully review your new vendor application, as booth prices have changed. to receive an application you can email me [email protected]
All booth payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your booth has been reserved and paid for, refunds will not be issued.
Food vendors will be by invitation only.
When completing the section describing what you sell, please list your main merchandise first. For example, if your primary products are T-shirts and hats but you also sell a few pens , please list T-shirts and hats as your main items. This helps us prevent too many vendors from selling the same type of merchandise.
A Tax ID Number is required for all vendors. Please make sure this information is included on your application.
If you need two tables and two chairs, please check the appropriate box on your application. If you do not need tables or chairs, please indicate that as well.

Your completed application and payment must be submitted together.
Applications will NOT be accepted without payment, and payments will NOT be accepted without a completed application.

Please remember that we have a limited number of vendor spaces available. Spaces will be reserved as completed applications and payments are received, so please return your application as soon as possible.
1. There are 9 spaces number number #20 number #21 number #12 #29 #30 #31 #32 #33 ๏ฟผ #45 that are extra large ๏ฟผthat will be $75
2. 10 x 12 ๏ฟผ-yellow booth electricity against the walls will be $70
3. 10 x 12 -๏ฟผRed booth in the middle aisle no electricity $65
4. 10 x 10๏ฟผ-Pink booth is the foyer. Those are $60 and only one table can be used.
5. 10 x 12 -Brown booth is outside- $45
6. Food vendors invitation, ๏ฟผonly -$100
IMPORTANT VENDOR BOOTH ASSIGNMENT NOTICE
Once all vendor applications have been received, booth assignments will be reviewed and adjusted as necessary. Our goal is to avoid placing vendors who sell the same or very similar merchandise directly next to one another. This helps provide a better shopping experience for our guests and gives each vendor a fair opportunity to showcase their products.
We are extremely happy to be returning to the Bauer Community Center, and we look forward to making the Whoville Holiday Market with the Grinch one of our biggest and most enjoyable Market Days yet!
