It is with great sadness that we announce Brother Ronald M. Yuhas, a 60-year member of Suffolk Lodge No. 60, has laid down his working tools and passed to eternal rest. A Masonic Funeral service has been requested by our Brother’s family and will be held at the Mangano Funeral Home, 640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island on Wednesday August 20 at 7:30 pm. We will gather at 7:15 to clothe ourselves in white gloves and aprons. Attire should be black or dark suits with no lapel pins, name tags, or decorated aprons.

Bro. Yuhas was Initiated 9/22/1964, Passed 10/27/1964 and Raised 11/24/1964 in Springfield Gardens Lodge No. 1057. He affiliated with Suffolk Lodge No. 60 on 4/15/1976. He passed to eternal rest on 8/16/2025 at the age of 83.

Brethren, your support of our fallen Brother is greatly appreciated, and a strong showing at a Masonic funeral is always meaningful to the loved ones of the deceased Brother. We know they would be honored if you would attend and participate in this final show of respect for our Brother.

"Honor to the Soldier, and Sailor everywhere, who bravely bears his country’s cause. Honor also to the citizen who cares for his brother in the field, and serves, as best he can, the same cause—honor to him, less only than to him, who braves, for the common good, the storms of heaven and the storms of battle." - Abraham Lincoln
