Cub Scout Pack 354 Port Jefferson Station, NY Boys and girls, entering grades K-5, are welcome to join our pack. In Cub Scouts, children are part of small dens, grouped by age.

In these groups, scouts work on adventures and small group activities. Scouts from all dens in Pack 354, along with their families, come together for pack activities and monthly pack nights for large group events. As a pack, we get together for many types of activities - Pinewood Derby, Family Camping, Hiking Club, Battleship Cove, Trunk or Treat, trail cleanups, community service activities at Calverton National Cemetery, Medieval Times, family potlucks, and sporting events. Pack 354 meets at Norwood Elementary School in Port Jefferson Station, and our chartered organization is the Norwood School Association (NSA). We proudly maintain a Gold-Level Journey to Excellence Scouting program. If you are interested in signing up your son or daughter, please visit our website at https://sites.google.com/site/bsapack354/ or contact us at [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!

✨ BINGO NIGHT ✨

This past weekend, Pack 354 held its first Pack Night of the new school year. Welcoming some new members, our scouts got to know one another as well as their leaders with a “Getting to know you” bingo. Welcoming then enjoyed a few games of good old-fashioned Bingo with some fun prizes. We’re looking forward to a fun filled year of scouting!

⚾️🦆 Take me out to the ballgame 🦆⚾️

This weekend, Pack 354 had the privilege of serving as the Honor Guard during the National Anthem for the Long Island Ducks. Our scouts are always excited to be such an important part of the game. On top of such a cool experience, we got to cheer our hometown team on to victory! Nothing beats a night out at the ballpark.
This is just one of many great outings we get to experience at Pack 354. With the new school year quickly approaching, now is an excellent time to get your son or daughter involved in Scouting. Start them off on the adventure of a lifetime. Reach out for more details if you’re interested in signing your child up.

🍿🎞️🎥 “Let’s go out to the movies” 🎥🎞️🍿

Yesterday, scouts from Pack 354 were treated to an afternoon out at the movies to see Minions and Monsters. Thanks to all our hard work with fundraising this year, we were able to enjoy a fun day with family and friends.

This is just one of the many ways we continue to keep our scouts active all year round. Now is a great time to get your son or daughter started on the adventure of a lifetime. If you’re interested in signing your child up for Cub Scouts, please reach out!

🎇🇺🇸 Celebrating 250 years of freedom 🇺🇸🎇

Yesterday, Pack 354 proudly marched in the Port Jefferson Fourth of July Parade. Our scouts toughed it out in some pretty intense heat to display their patriotism for crowds of excited parade goers. Happy Independence Day and here’s to the next 250 years!

🇺🇸 Honoring the Red, White and Blue 🇺🇸

This week, Pack 354 held its annual flag retirement ceremony. With Assemblywoman Rebecca Kassay, Comsewogue Central School District Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Quinn, Post Commander Ken Arroyo and members of the VFW Post 4927 all in attendance, Scouts from Pack and Troop 354 and Girl Scout Service Unit 602 paid special tribute to our nation’s flag. These flags had become worn and no longer fit for display. In accordance with U.S. flag code, our scouts gave the flags a dignified retirement. Scouts learned about duty to country by taking part of this respectful ceremony.

Please join us tonight for our flag retirement ceremony. This is a meaningful tribute to our nation’s flag. All are welc...

🐙🐠🦑🐟 Just keep swimming 🪼🐡🦀🦈

This past weekend, Pack 354 hit the road to tour Mystic Aquarium in Mystic, CT. We were able to experience sea life so close you could touch it. We also became honorary members of the Sea Squad by promising to keep our marine life healthy by keeping our coastlines clean. And no trip to Mystic would be complete without checking out the famous Beluga Whales! This was a fun adventure to close out the school year.
