“Hockey is a unique sport in the sense that you need each and every guy helping each other and pulling in the same direction to be successful.” -Wayne Gretzky

2008 Flags had their last team party together tonight. Been great watching these boys grow and become successful at a game their passionate about through the years. Good luck to all the boys in their future, can’t wait until we meet on the ice again! ❤️🖤🥅🏒

🏒🥅 “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take - Wayne Gretzky” 🥅🏒

❤️🖤 Boys played their hearts out tonight in their last playoff game together. They came up short in the over time shoot out, losing 3-4 against Plymouth. 🖤❤️

🏒 We’d like to thank all families & friends for their support in the past 8yrs this team has been together. We’ve had players come and go, but friendships made to last.
🥅 Thank you to all our sponsors we’ve had through the years. We’ve appreciated your support more than you’ll ever know.
🏒 Thank you to our coaching staff throughout the years. Helping shape these kids into some great players.
🥅 Lastly- Thank you to all the parents! Ya’ll are the true rockstars! ⭐️ For every practice, every game, every meal in the car, every dime spent on equipment, ice bills & camps, for being a human icicle- all to support your child in a sport they love. Thank you ❤️

From where most of these kids started together- to where it’s ending together ❤️🖤🏒🥅

🏒 We tell ourselves that there is always next season. But for many team families, just like ours, they’re currently having their last practices, last locker room pump up jam session before a game, having their last group huddle, having their last celly with teammates when scoring a goal. Cherish the road trips, the memories, & the friendships that happen with these hockey families that this game will bring you because it goes by way too fast.

❤️🖤 Boys next playoff game is Saturday 3/4 vs Plymouth🖤❤️
