Quota Port Huron Members of Quota Port Huron share a common goal of helping others and having fun doing it. It all begins with membership in our local Quota club.

That serves the deaf, hard of hearing, and disadvantaged families in St Clair County. Quota provides hearing aids, scholarships for sing language students, we have installed Hearing Loop amplifying system at McMorran Place, St Clair County C

onvention Center and the Citadel Theater. We have supported service dogs, the Food Depot, the Salvation Army, SONS, Kids in Distress and many more organizations who serve the local community.
