A MASSIVE THANK YOU to a local Cub Scout Pack #4479 Port Townsend , that decided to host their very own food drive! These inspiring kids managed to collect 539 pounds of food and a $608.78 check! Not only did@ they collect it, but three of them helped to deliver it! Give a big shout-out to these amazing kids and their pack!!

Yesterday was our first day at the Masonic Lodge for our Quilcene Food Bank. Thank you so much to our amazing volunteers. The day was a success. We are excited to be in the new space and will keep you updated as we look to expand our hours.

Amazing!!

2026 March Bean For Bags Totals = $1977 (almost $2000)

This month we are happy to donate the following to vital organizations in our community:

🩵 $547 to Dove House Advocacy Services – providing emergency domestic violence shelter and advocacy, and trauma informed services for victims of domestic violence, s*xual assault, and other types of crimes.
🐶 $663 to The Gray Muzzle Project – Dedicated to providing forever homes and hospice care to senior, special needs dogs.

🥫 $766 to the Jefferson County Food Bank – helping provide fresh, nourishing food to our neighbors in need throughout East Jefferson County.

♻️🛍️ Thanks so much for reusing your bags and donating those beans! Let’s see if we can reach $2000 next month!
