🌸 A New Season of Mercy Is Rising — and We Need You 🌸

For years, Mercy House in Georgetown, Mississippi has been a sacred space of transformation — where men have encountered the healing power of Jesus, stepped into recovery, and discovered new life through faith, structure, and community.

Now, by God’s grace, we are expanding — to women and children.

Right now in Learned, Mississippi, we are preparing to open the doors of a brand-new Mercy House Women and Children’s Campus — a safe, Christ-centered home that offers holistic, trauma-informed care for single women, mothers, and their children.

As the new Women and Children’s Home Director, I carry this mission with deep conviction and hope. So many women are desperate for healing but have no place to go with their children. We’re answering that need — and creating a home where women can heal, grow, and rise — without being separated from their little ones.

But to make this dream a reality, we need your help.

We are actively raising funds to meet the basic, essential needs that will make this house a home:

🛏️ Beds, cribs, mattresses, and linens
🧺 Washers and dryers for daily care
🍽️ Kitchen supplies and pantry staples
🧸 Childcare resources and trauma-informed counseling
🏠 Renovations and operational support

This campus will be a sanctuary.
A place of safety, restoration, discipleship, and dignity.
A place where brokenness meets mercy, and families are made whole again.

Our Christmas in July celebration at Claiborne County Senior Care. The music was great. The refreshments donated by PG United Methodist Church were beautiful. Each resident received a Christmas gift. Thanks to St. James Episcopal Church for wrapping the gifts. We appreciate everyone that gives to Hands of Hope. Yall enable us to do work in our community. God bless everyone of you.

The remains of Hurricane Helene destroyed or severely damaged most of the houses in and around this area. The Lord saw a need and put people in the right place and at the right time to make this relief trip possible. What an awesome God we do serve!
