Lake Erie Adventure Play (LEAP) is a pilot program of United Way of Ottawa County. The program provides opportunities for child-directed play in and around Ottawa County, Ohio. Using recyclable materials such as cardboard boxes, "found" materials, and art supplies children are given the time and space to create and play as they desire. All events are FREE.
