Wylie Walleye Join us in Port Clinton, Ohio on this New Year’s Eve to ring in the new year with our annual Wylie Walleye Drop, Live Music, Fireworks, and so much more!

Although Port Clinton is a small town, its spirit is huge - especially on New Year's Eve! Thousands have braved the cold and gathered for hours, in waiting for the Walleye Drop. Port Clinton is the "Walleye Capital of the World," so what else would they do on New Year's Eve but drop a 20-foot, 600-pound walleye from the sky at the stroke of Midnight! The small town USA energetically promotes the celebration through the participation of local businesses.

New Year’s Eve 30th Anniversary is complete!🥂

Thank you to all of our sponsors who made this event possible once again. We say this year after year, but this event literally would not be possible without the support of all of the local businesses that support our mission!

Thank you to Three Legged Dog for your amazing hospitality in hosting our VIP Event this year. I think it’s safe to say that everyone had more than a great time🕺🪩

To Vice City, thank you for sticking it out in the cold weather and putting on an amazing show. Great entertainment from you guys all night!🎸

And finally, Thank you to our Board of Directors who put in countless volunteer hours of planning this event. You all are the real hustlers!📄
