You can help choose the winner of the People's Choice award at The Arts Garage's (TAG) first juried show ever. Sunday, August 30 at a reception the winner will be announced. First though, YOU can still vote during open hours Thursday-Sunday, 11am-4pm at TAG, 317 W. Perry St., Port Clinton.

The competition is extensive with some of the best art in all of Ohio at TAG right now, so please come in and vote.

The winner will be announced on Sunday, August 30 during a reception from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Open to the public, this reception will offer the opportunity to meet some of the many artists whose work is showing at TAG right now.

The Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council is proud to announce an exhibit at Magruder Hospital by noted artist Hope Burger. Hope's uniquely expressive paintings will capture your imagination. This exhibit will be at Magruder Hospital's Healing Walls September and October. There are two locations, the south hallway and the hallway near the laboratory/ emergency room. Check them both out and purchase your favorite painting.

Coming soon - another exceptional art exhibit at The Arts Garage (TAG). Mark your calendar for a special reception for Barbara Everett, Ginny Mancini and Roberta Meister on Friday, September 4 from 6-8pm at TAG, 317 W. Perry St. in Port Clinton. This reception is an opportunity to meet the artists and is open to the public.

The exhibit will run from September 3 - October 4 and you can visit during open hours Thursday-Sunday, 11am-4pm.

YOU can help choose the winner of the PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD for our first ever Juried Art Exhibit. Stop in to The Arts Garage (TAG), 317 W. Perry St., to vote on your favorite work of art and then join us for the big reveal on Sunday, August 30 from 3:30-4:30 pm. Viewing and voting can happen during our open hours which are Thursday-Sunday, 11am-4pm. The variety of exceptional art will stir your senses!

Have you been anxiously awaiting the fate of Sidney Reed and his desparate search for knowledge about his wife's death while he solves mysteries? WELL, the wait is over. On Thursday, September 10 at 6pm, you will meet R.J. Norgard author of Winter Kill, the third in the Sidney Reed Mystery Series. The book signing will be held at The Arts Garage (TAG), 317 W. Perry St. in Port Clinton.
You will have the opportunity to be one of the first to purchase an autographed copy of Winter Kill,and Norgard will be on hand to answer a series of questions about the novel.
