For those that have not heard, earlier this week our bus driver , Will, lost everything in the devastating Bronx apartment fire. Will and his family were not harmed but have lost their home and all their belongings. Many of you have asked how you can help. Right now the family is in need of toiletries, health related items, and clothing. If you would like to donate any of the above or a gift card the family can use, please bring them to the senior center . Please keep all those impacted by this tragedy in your prayers.

Marie Martin unfortunately passed away suddenly last week while in Florida. Visitation is Sunday 3-7 at Craft Funeral Home and the funeral is 10 am Monday at OLM church. We send our deepest sympathy to her children and grandchildren as well as to her sister.

Farmers Market Coupons Distribution

We received a very limited amount of farmers market coupons. To be eligible for the coupons you MUST be 60 years old and be below the income guidelines:
$2,461 /month for 1 person household
$3,337/month for 2 person household
$4,212/month for 3 person household
Program officials may verify this information and if you are found to not meet the eligibility criteria you will have to pay the state agency the $25.

Coupons will be distributed on a first come first served basis on the following dates and times while supplies last :

Monday, July 27th 1pm – 3pm
Wednesday, July 29th- 1-3pm
Thursday, July 30th 1-3 pm
Friday, July 31st 2-4pm
