We hope that you all have safely made it through Hurricane Milton. Without power, some without water, internet, damages and possible water intrusions, the ground heavily saturated and not safe for our girls, Director Teddy has decided to cancel ALL of our Fall sports leagues at this time (Volleyball, Basketball and Flag Football). All parents/guardians who registered your daughters should have received an email regarding this.

Please keep posted to our FB page and website for more information when we will be offering the next leagues.

Since the recreation facility is still closed, there will be no practice this week. Director Teddy is trying to find another location so the basketball and volleyball leagues can continue.

For our Flag Football league participants, we hope to have some news for you by the end of the week.

Hello Girlz League Volleyball and Basketball families,

First and foremost, we hope that all are safe from the effects of Hurricane Helene. We know that there was a lot of flooding in our area as well as power outages. Due to the amount of people displaced from their homes, Harold Avenue Rec Center has become a shelter, and therefore is closed to any inside recreational activity until further notice. We will keep you updated as to when they will open the Rec Center back up so we can resume our league.

Director Teddy is on storm duty right now and may not be easily reached during the next week or so. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
