If you have been to Clallam Mosaic lately, you have seen her smile and heard the laughter of our amazing Rose. Since joining our team in the summer of 2025, Rose has been nothing short of a visionary force within our creative arts program. Rose shines in our community theater and film productions and brings energy and passion to every creative project we undertake.

We are thrilled to announce Rose as our new Clallam Mosaic Program Director. Rose will oversee the coordination and administration of Clallam Mosaic’s educational, recreational, and creative arts programs along with staff development. She will continue to expand community outings, partnerships, and creative curriculum. Rose will also be a valuable part of our fundraising and grant writing teams.

Rose brings a BFA in performing arts from the University of Idaho as well as a Speech and Drama teaching credential from the Ministry of Education in Singapore. After teaching drama for 10 years at 3 different international schools abroad within the IB program, Rose transitioned into 3 years as a facilitator for a professional theatre company focused on disability arts. This Fall Rose was accepted to graduate school and starts her Masters in Arts and Cultural Management at through Colorado State.

At Clallam Mosaic, Rose has already fostered an environment where artists and performers find their voice and everyone feels empowered. Her leadership will continue to bring our community arts and theater program into a dynamic new era.

Please join me in congratulating Rose.

URGENT: We need your help now.

We received unexpected news that Washington’s statewide Parent to Parent (P2P) program is at risk of losing its contract as soon as 30 days from now after 45 years of successful operation. This program is a vital resource and we cannot lose it, especially now.

What to do — Tell the Governor to direct DSHS: “We cannot cut Parent to Parent. We must continue the statewide contract so families can keep vital peer support and navigation services.”

Send your email NOW at: https://actionnetwork.org/letters/tell-the-governor-to-direct-dshs-dont-cut-parent-to-parent
