Dream U / Safe Harbor DreamU / Safe Harbor locations offer a safe place for youth and young adults ages 17 - 24 to come together and invest in their futures.

Housing, Employment, and Education

DreamU / Safe Harbor offers multiple pathways to success through partnerships with Peninsula College, Healthy Families, Planned Parenthood and many other organizations including private local businesses. We offer a free hot meal, access to resources, and classes daily. Classes range from field trips for a hands-on welding art project to resume building and emplo

yment assistance. DreamU / Safe Harbor drop-in centers are directly connected with Serenity House of Clallam County Housing Resource Centers in Sequim and Port Angeles. Any youth or young adult who needs assistance securing safe and stable housing can meet with an onsite Youth Housing Specialist for personalized assistance and housing counseling five days a week. We work hard to provide no-barrier access to a wide range of resources, making DreamU / Safe Harbor a one-stop shop. You can access the computers and internet to apply for assistance, healthcare, financial aid, employment, enroll in free tutoring programs and have one-one assistance while you do it. DreamU / Safe Harbor welcome anyone regardless of religion, race, gender, or sexual orientation.
