Recently, our Port Angeles community came together to help local students get ready for the new school year! 🎒 Our Back-to-School Resource Fair provided over 600 backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, vision screenings, immunizations, a BBQ lunch, community resources, and more.

We’re incredibly grateful to our partners, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula, Kiwanis Club of Port Angeles, and Port Angeles School District, along with the generous donors and volunteers who supported our Stuff the Bus campaign and helped make the event possible.

Thank you to everyone who came together to support local students and families and help them start the school year ready to learn and thrive! 💙

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Port Angeles and our community partners, we also received $800 in cash donations to help meet additional needs.

As diaper need reaches a critical level for many of our neighbors, our community is stepping up! Big thanks to First Lutheran Community Church in Port Orchard, who recently raised dozens of boxes of diapers for our Port Angeles Family Center! ❤ If you want to bring some relief to local families too, email Bee at [email protected] to donate or set up a diaper drive!

Join us in helping local students start the school year ready to learn! Our Stuff the Bus event is coming up on Thursday, August 7 at the Port Angeles Walmart from noon-4, and we're collecting new school supplies for children in need. All donations will be distributed at our Back to School Resource Fair in August.

Can't make it to the event? You can still make a difference by donating new school supplies at one of our designated drop-off locations or by making a monetary donation using the QR code on the attached flyer.
