Dance made easy! Dance classes and events happen most Sunday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Hall, 131 W. 5th Street in Port Angeles. Come and learn how those Scandinavians look so comfortable doing snoa, walz, reinlander or schottisch, pols and many other dances. No partners are needed, but they are helpful. $5 per person.

The Christmas season is almost upon us. Come and celebrate a Scandinavian Christmas with us on Saturday, Dec 9 at 3:00 pm. We will have live traditional music, light refreshments, along with the St. Lucia procession. The Sons of Italy have been especially invited as they celebrate St. Lucia's Day, too! Members and all friends of the Lodge #37 are welcome! Come celebrate this holiday season the Scandinavian Way!

For those of you who are lefse lovers or someone who never tried it before, we have a treat for you! President of Lodge 37, Dick Grinstad holds freshly made lefse made by the extremely experienced crew that you see behind him.

We will have lefse, galettes, pumpkin bread, pear cakes, and much more at the Farmer's Market in downtown Port Angeles, between 10:00 and 2:00 this Saturday. Also featuring Scandinavian art cards and wrapping paper created by a local artist.

Stop by for all of the delectable baked goods and amazing artwork. Also we have information about our rental space and community service. We hope to see you there!

Amid the threat of the pandemic of COVID19, Olympic Lodge #37 has suspended all activities. We are not holding regular monthly meetings, nor are we doing special activities. We believe the best thing we can do for each other and the community is to follow the guidelines about social distancing and hygiene. Continue to limit exposure to the virus by keeping close to home and handwashing.

Members are encouraged to contact one another by phone or electronically to offer support and a listening ear. With everyone's observance of the guidelines, we will get through this crisis together.
