Anpetu Waste Mitakuyepi Good Day relatives. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served as your district president, and I appreciate the knowledge gained during my tenure. This experience has been highly educational for me, and I hope that my efforts have been sufficient. I will continue to provide support and assistance wherever possible in our beautiful district. Notably, our district experienced a prolonged period of 13 months without allocations, which are typically provided by tribal and casino funds. We historically received $13,000.00 monthly, but as of November 2024, we only received $7,500.00. I have high hopes that our district is not faced with this hardship of being without much-needed funds. Please call the Reps to insure this issue gets addressed as soon as possible. Along with the school Clothes Assistance. Put these items back in budget.
I am departing this position with a sense of compassion, empathy, and goodwill towards our district membership, especially our elders and children.
