One year of Strength & Scripture 💗

One year choosing community over isolation. One year of showing up, sometimes sleep-deprived, but trusting in God’s plan.

The first several classes started out small, but it authentically grew into a beautiful community, which led to the creation of Gathered Moms Co. I can’t thank enough for saying yes to my vision and supporting it every single week, and to my husband who lifted me up when I had self-doubt.

The women at Strength & Scripture have become a village: encouraging one another, keeping each other accountable, praying through hard seasons, and celebrating the joys together.

God has moved in our hearts as mothers, wives, and daughters of Christ in ways I never could have imagined.

Here’s to one year of Strength & Scripture and to all He has yet to do. 🤍✝️

This community has grown into something beautiful. The conversations, support, encouragement, and friendships made here are truly unmatched.

Over the last 4 weeks at Strength & Scripture, we’ve been unpacking one powerful verse that has personally kept me going in moments of fear and doubt:

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

My prayer is that every mom is reminded that fear may show up, but it doesn’t have to lead. God has given us everything we need to live out our calling 🤍

“Gathered by the Sea” recap 🌊

We started with some movement with a yoga session taught by , focused on releasing tension and releasing stress.

Then we grabbed delicious iced coffee from , the cutest new spot on Hilton Head!

We gathered at the beach with our Bibles, journals, and lunch. We went through a Psalm 46 verse study and had encouraging conversations about what it means to “be still.”

Finally, we spent some individual time releasing our worries, stress, anxiety and control to God. We took advantage of the opportunity for uninterrupted prayer.

I’m so grateful for this community and the way we all support each other through motherhood. I can’t wait to plan the next one, stay tuned!!
