📚 TangerKids Grants applications are officially OPEN!

Tanger Outlets Savannah is looking for local educators with creative ideas that can bring new opportunities to their students.

For 30 years, Tanger has invested in local schools, contributing more than $3.9 million to educational initiatives in the communities they serve. Last year alone, nearly $200,000 in grants helped support classroom technology, literacy programs, school gardens, equipment upgrades, and more.

If you have a project or idea that could make a meaningful difference for your students, we encourage you to apply!

✨ August Recap! ✨

What a month! August was filled with opportunities to connect, celebrate, and grow with the Pooler Chamber of Commerce.

We kicked things off with Morning Grind, followed by our State of the Chamber Awards Luncheon, where we celebrated the incredible businesses and individuals making an impact in our community.

Our Speed Networking event brought Chamber members together to make new connections and grow their networks in a fun environment, and we wrapped up the month with Business After 5 at Aloft Savannah Airport for an evening of networking and connection.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us in August! We appreciate your continued support and look forward to all that September has in store.

We were honored to recognize Congressman Buddy Carter for 40 years of public service at our Annual Celebration.

For the Pooler Chamber of Commerce, this milestone holds a special significance. Congressman Carter’s journey in public service began right here in Pooler, where he served on the Pooler City Council before becoming Mayor from 1996–2004.

From the City of Pooler, his commitment to serving others continued through the Georgia House of Representatives and Senate and ultimately to the United States House of Representatives, where he has represented Georgia’s First Congressional District since 2015.

Four decades of public service is an extraordinary milestone, and we were honored to celebrate Congressman Carter and his lasting impact on our community, our state, and our nation.

Congratulations, Congressman Buddy Carter, on 40 years of public service! We are especially proud that your journey began right here in Pooler.
