The next community yard sale is set — and we’re making it a double! The Villages at Godley Station’s sale will begin on Saturday morning, Oct. 3 and end Sunday evening, Oct. 4! Hours of operation are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Also, on Saturday, Oct. 3 ONLY, Forest Lakes will join in the bargain-hunting action with their community yard sale! That’s right — we're teaming up again for double the shopping!
IMPORTANT: Any residents of The Arbors or Copper Village who would like a sign to point shoppers toward their sale, street, or neighborhood can stop by the clubhouse on Friday, Oct. 2 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. to pick one up (or by special arrangement at other times — just email [email protected] to set up a pick-up time).
IMPORTANT: As always, the HOA will advertise the sale on social media, online yard sale sites, Community Groups, newsletter, neighborhood sign boards, website, flyers, etc. The HOA does NOT know which residents in which neighborhoods are having sales, so the HOA will not place signs directing shoppers to your street or home. You must do this.
