Today we celebrated the Grand Opening and ribbon cutting of Venture’s newest affordable housing development, Washington Park Townhomes in the historic town of Owosso 🎉🏡
This beautiful new development features 16 affordable 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes designed to provide quality, stable housing opportunities for families earning 80% AMI or less. Even more exciting, residents will have the opportunity to purchase their homes after 15 years, helping create long-term housing stability and pathways to future homeownership.

Built by local students from 13 different school districts, this home is one step closer to becoming a place a family will proudly call their own.
Each move like this represents the power of community collaboration, students gaining hands-on experience, local contractors bringing their expertise, and our shared mission to expand access to affordable homeownership.
