The Pontiac Housing Commission’s Housing Choice Voucher ( Section 8 ) Waiting List will be open from 12 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18 to 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22. Applications will be accepted online only.

Eligibility criteria is as follows ➡

✔ Provide accurate information. Submission of false information or misrepresentation will result in disqualification from the lottery and may result in loss of eligibility to participate in the Housing Choice Voucher program.

✔ Only one application per household. Submission of multiple applications will result in disqualification from the lottery of all eligible applications.

✔ Applicant must not exceed the household Very Low Income Limit:
