CorpsStrength

CorpsStrength CorpsStrength is dedicated to helping veterans and their families recovering from complex injuries. We are in the process of getting our non-profit designation.

We act as administrative and logistical sherpas to help vets find the care that matters.

We've made the decision to shut down CorpsStrength as a non-profit. It was a difficult decision, but ultimately we feel our energy and resources can be used to help other veteran and local communities.

More than anything, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who supported us along this journey. Specifically our board members Danielle Balestra and Kate Breed who have been an energizing force since day 1, and were joined by Amy Decker a few years back.

We are also grateful for the support of our corporate sponsors Tier 1 Pools and Spas and EMMIE Collective who gave continual support year after year. Katie Hayse Realtor, Altitude Health, the link and ICI Homes were also generous supporters as well.

This has been a wonderful journey and we are very proud of the veterans and families that we were able to help. Our hearts remain in the Veteran space and we will continue to find ways to help.

In gratitude,
Carey

Today’s the Day: Watch Stander Training at The Link!
Still deciding whether to attend? Here are five great reasons to join us tonight:

1. One hour of your time could save a life.
2. You'll learn skills that can help your friends and family.
3. You'll connect with others who care deeply—just like you.
4. You’ll be part of making North Florida a leader in Veteran su***de prevention.
5. Dinner’s on us—no need to cook tonight!

This training is simple, powerful, and meaningful. You don’t need to be a counselor—just a connector.

Think of it like CPR: you’re not expected to be a doctor, but your knowledge could be life-saving.

Show up, stand watch, and be the reason someone gets one more good day.

There are more than 1.6 million military children who face many challenges and unique experiences as a result of their parents' service including deployments, frequent moves, and the mental health challenges that can come from that lifestyle.

To celebrate these brave and unsung heroes, the Department of Defense designated April as the Month of the Military Child. We celebrate the sacrifice of these kids and their families.
