Today is Do Something Nice Day, and during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, here are a few ways to turn kindness into care:
💗 Check in on someone who’s been putting their own health last 💗 Offer a ride to a breast imaging appointment 💗 Help with the kids so someone can make time for their care 💗 Share Pink Ribbon Jax with someone who needs breast imaging but is worried about the cost

Sometimes, a simple “How can I help?” is where it starts.

We fund free mammograms and breast imaging services for uninsured and underinsured women and men in Northeast Florida… because early detection only saves lives when people have access to it.

For more than three decades, Jeannie Blaylock has reminded Northeast Florida that early detection saves lives.

Through Buddy Check 12, she has encouraged generations of women to get their mammograms and remind the people they love to do the same.

This year, her message took on an entirely new meaning. It became deeply personal. In March, Jeannie shared that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, caught at stage zero - its earliest stage.

Her story is a powerful reminder of why access to breast imaging matters, and one of the many reasons we are so honored to have Jeannie Blaylock as our emcee at the Pink Ribbon Soiree, presented by Fields Auto Group.

Pink Ribbon Jax helps ensure our neighbors can get the breast imaging services they need, regardless of age, insurance status or gender.

As the world turns its attention to today’s US Open Women’s Singles Final, we’re serving up a BRAject Spotlight made for the occasion.

Created by local artist Jessica Hall, Game. Set. Match. transforms an ordinary bra into a tribute to breast cancer survivors and their fight to win the most important match of all, and honors the tennis warriors who bring strength, determination, and heart both on and off the court.

In Jessica’s words:
“Survivors take the win 6-0, 6-0. Game. Set. Match.”
