22nd Annual Ponchatoula Jaycees Jambalaya Cook-off benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Team's compete in 3 Jambalaya categories for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places as well as overall People's Choice. Beer, soft drinks, and water also sold through out the day. All you can drink wrist bands available for $35. During the cook-off there will be live music, kids activities, games, and much more! Come out and enjoy some good food and family fun for a great cause!

After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the Jambalaya Cook-Off this year, with plans to bring it back at a later date.
