After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the Jambalaya Cook-Off this year, with plans to bring it back at a later date.

Fibrosis Foundation! We raised $2,025 for this important foundation, with Cystic fibrosis matching dollar per dollar. So a total of $4,050!

We had 25 wonderful teams that arrived early to start their amazing master pieces!

🎉 Huge shoutout to Sanderson Farms for donating 200 pounds of chicken to our Jambalaya cook-off. This will be a tremendous help to the cooks by using the best chicken around!

That’s right—winner winner chicken dinner for our first 20 pots that signed up!

We proudly highlighted our initiatives, including the Ponchatoula Inclusive Playground, designed to create an accessible and joyful space for everyone, especially individuals with disabilities.

This playground is more than just a play area; it’s a community hub where children with special needs and their families can thrive together. The benefits are profound, fostering inclusion, support, and joy for all.
