R.J. Longstreet Peace Poster winners and runners-up were introduced by Art Teacher Jane Failer. The theme this year was Peace Without Limits. Jane and each of the students had also written thoughts about what peace means to them (see attached). After Jane showcased each poster and she and the artists had shared their thoughts, Lion Nancy presented each one with their gift cards of $100, $75, and $50 respectively for first (Taj), second (Abigail), and third place (Alyssa). The students and their families then departed.
