Last night we celebrated another great year of AMBUCS, swore in our new officers, revealed our secret angels, and recognized several members who went above and beyond!!!!!
2 new major projects taken on this year with only a few months to pull them off. We had a fun time and Helen our outgoing President had the place so festive and did a great job on all her awards!!!

We will be selling rockets this year in our stand now that they are legal in Oklahoma. Make sure you come support our non profit stand on lake road opening June 20th!

NOW LEGAL IN OKLAHOMA: Bottle rockets are now legal in Oklahoma after a 45-year ban. 🧨🎇🎆

—Fireworks stands can now sell fireworks year-round, not just at July 4th and New Year’s.

—Counties can no longer prohibit private firework displays on private property outside city limits, unless a burn ban is in effect. City fireworks bans are still in effect where they exist.

What a FUN day it was! 💙💛

On April 25th, the Ponca City Charity Angel Ambucs hosted our annual Fun Day event at Sullins Stadium! This special event serves as an official practice day for local athletes preparing for the state Special Olympics in Stillwater!

Last week, many of the athletes who participated in Fun Day proudly competed at the Special Olympics event in Stillwater, and we could not be more proud of them! 🏅 From races and throws to co****le and bocce ball, Fun Day gives athletes the opportunity to practice, build confidence, and most importantly — have fun!

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, supporters, local law enforcement officers, and student helpers who made this event possible. Your encouragement and kindness helped make the day so special for every athlete involved.

Congratulations to all of the athletes on a wonderful season! 🎉
