Hello Friends, I am writing to let you all know that Lisa J Riggiola's mother passed away this week. I am posting a link to her mom's obituary. Her mother was a long-time resident of the Pompton Lakes Plume. Lisa has probably been the most outspoken and determined environmental activist standing up for the residents of the PL Plume, as well as for our neighbors in Ringwood, NJ, for over 14 years. She is a former PL councilwoman and has served on the CCPL and PLCAG, since 2009. Many of you know her work, lobbying on behalf of residents and the town, asking lawmakers, politicians, the EPA, NJDEP, and others for a full and proper cleanup of all areas of contamination in PL. Lisa and I have worked closely together on environmental issues in PL for many years, and my heart goes out to her and to her family. Please keep them in your prayers at this time. Here is the link
