Purchasing our Transport ProMaster turned into a rescue mission!

When I went to the dealership and purchased our transportation vehicle, but of course, because the universe knows me, I spotted a cat in the parking lot while I was there. After asking around, I found out she had just given birth.

Fast forward Five weeks later: I went back to the dealership to get Momma and her babies.

Here is the best part of the update:

The Babies: Are officially with Passion
4 Paws getting all the love and care they need! 🐾

Momma: Has officially been spayed! She has been staying with me during her recovery, and she has been the absolute best, most patient girl.

When she’s fully healed, she will be returned back to the dealership, where the staff absolutely adore her and take amazing care of her.

This is exactly why TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) is so incredibly important. It prevents endless litters, keeps community cats healthy, and saves lives. We need everyone to step up, look out for these neighborhood animals, and do their part.

🐾 MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 🐾
Second time’s a charm! After the heartbreak of having our first attempt canceled.

Mother Nature tried to test us again today with pouring rain, but a little water wasn't going to stop us. Despite the downpour the kitties officially got off the ground.

Today was also an extra special milestone for our organization: it was the first use of our new Van! After the previous cancellation, seeing this van loaded up and doing exactly what it was meant to do was very rewarding.

Transport days like this truly take a village. We couldn't be more thankful for all the incredible rescue partners who came together, braved the elements, and worked tirelessly side-by-side to get these 300 animals on their way to a bright new future. Bella's Promise Pet Rescue and Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation.

Meet Tori.. this cute little nugget loves zooming through the house with her foster siblings. Tori is 5 months old and looking for her forever home. She would do best with another kitty in the home. If you are interested in meeting Tori please reach out to us.

Passion 4 Paws officially has a rescue van! Thanks to an amazing donor who wishes to remain anonymous and a small loan, we can now transport more cats and kittens to safety and forever homes up North with our co-partner Bella's Promise Pet Rescue.

Now we need help paying off the $7,000 loan so we can continue focusing on saving lives, medical care, and TNVR efforts throughout South Florida.

Meet Our Newest (and Most Unexpected) Resident!

Look who decided to drop by last night! Everyone, meet Hannah.

At just six weeks old, this tiny girl didn't just wander onto my doorstep by accident—she had a personal es**rt. In a move straight out of a Disney movie, the local neighborhood Tom Cat literally brought her to my door and left her there for me to find. He waited along side her until I got home. Truly not what I was expecting at 9pm.

I guess the word is out on the street: if you’re a kitten in need of a rescue, this is the place to go! 🤦‍♀️

Hannah is settling in (and my foster room is officially one kitten larger).

🐾 RESCUE UPDATE: Big News & A Heartfelt Plea for Emma 🐾

It has been a whirlwind here at Passion 4 Paws! We know we’ve been a little quiet lately, but for the best reasons possible: we’ve been busy finalizing adoptions and focusing heavily on medical care for our sweet Emma.

We are thrilled to announce that some of our favorites have found their forever homes! Congratulations to:
• Sammie (our stunning Siamese)
• Dusty (our elegant Russian Blue)
• Dominic (our dapper Tuxedo)
They have all officially been ADOPTED! 🏠❤️

🩺 An Urgent Update on Emma
Unfortunately, Emma’s recent medical journey has taken a difficult turn. We discovered that she has a Liver Shunt—a condition that is incredibly rare in cats. This has been a major learning experience for all of us.

The Plan:
• We are currently looking into getting a CT scan (approx. $1,600) to determine if her shunt is operable.
• Once we have the results, we’ll know if she is a candidate for life-saving surgery or if she will require lifelong medication.

We will be launching a GoFundMe shortly specifically for her medical costs, but we need to start raising these funds immediately to get her that scan.

🚐 The Transport Van
In some exciting news, we have secured a sponsor to help us purchase a much-needed transport van! We are planning to make the purchase this week, but we aren't quite at the finish line yet. To own the van outright and get it on the road safely, we are still short:
• $5,000 for the remaining purchase price.
• $2,000 for the first year of insurance.

This van is essential to our rescue operations and allows us to save more lives like Sammie, Dusty, and Dominic.

🧡 NUTMEG HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! 🧡
We are over the moon to announce that our sweet girl Nutmeg has officially been adopted! 🐾✨
Nutmeg found her perfect match in her new mom, and we couldn't have asked for a better "forever" for her. These two are going to be the ultimate duo.

🐾 New Arrival Alert! 🐾

Meet our newest resident here at Passion 4 Paws!

This precious girl joined our family yesterday, and we are already head-over-heels in love. She is approximately 7 to 8 years old and truly couldn’t be any sweeter—she’s a total professional at snuggling. We will make sure she’s living like the queen she is while she waits for her forever home. 👑✨

Medical Update & Urgent Fundraiser

Our rescue family is currently facing a mountain of medical challenges, and we need your support now more than ever. From FIP battles to neurological mysteries, our brave survivors are fighting hard, but the costs are mounting daily.

Here is an update on our current residents:
🌟 The FIP Warriors
• Emma: Our toughest case right now. She is on FIP medication but is also battling ringworm and a severe infection requiring strong antibiotics. She is showing neurological signs affecting her eyes and body. She recently underwent an ultrasound and extensive bloodwork to get to the bottom of these issues.

• Milo: He is halfway through his FIP treatment and, we are happy to report, is doing wonderfully!

• Phoenix: Our superstar! She has completed her treatment and is currently in her 84-day observation period. She is looking fantastic!

🩹 Recovery & Rescues
• Tori: This little one is struggling with a major respiratory issue. We are doing everything we can to get her back on the mend.

• Sammy: Healing from a nasty bite wound. He’s being a brave boy while we wait for his hair to grow back.

• Brody: Our newest rescue! Brody is FIV+ and, now that he’s safe, he is officially looking for his forever family.

Of course, we cannot forget about Dusty. He is our newest Rescue, who was recently fully vetted and ready for his forever home.

💔 Why We Need You
FIP medication is life-saving, but it is not cheap. Between the daily meds for Emma and Milo, and Emma’s emergency diagnostic tests (ultrasound and specialist bloodwork), our funds are being stretched to the limit.

If you have even a few dollars to spare, it makes a massive difference for these cats.
