𝗔 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺! 🏆 This year we have helped a record number of organizations that help others - and provided a record volume of products to help them serve their missions throughout South Florida. We could never have done it all without the dedication of our incredible team!

Through our partnerships with and retailers, this year we have:

🤝 served more than 450 nonprofits
🚚 distributed more than 1.5M pounds of products — a 45% increase over our efforts in 2023

It’s been a record breaking year of connecting our neighbors in need with the goods they need to thrive - thanks to the commitment of our warehouse teams that showed up ready and willing to answer the call every day. Thank you Bruce, Greg, Nicole, Frank, Louis, Judith, Juan, and Marsha for all you do!!

🎁 The holidays are in full swing! 🎁

Along with their fitness, technology, and arts programming, is preparing to deliver more JOY to 4,000 children this season! Last week, our friends at Digital Vibez came by our West Palm Beach Warehouse and picked up three pallets of toys for their annual Jingle Jamz toy giveaway.

Jingle Jamz began during the height of COVID-19 as a way for Digital Vibez to deliver excitement and joy while reaching out to underserved communities in Palm Beach County. Today it continues as a collaborative initiative as more agencies and companies work together to reach children and families in need.

MCS is proud to support Digital Vibez in continuing the Jingle Jamz tradition, and in delivering their mission to empower youth in diverse and underserved communities all year long!

🚿❤️ Congratulations to our friends at on opening their new house for men experiencing homelessness in downtown Fort Lauderdale. With a sharp focus on serving veterans, this project offers a safe place for those in need to rebuild their lives.

Showering Love is a longtime member of MCS. To serve their mission of providing showers and wraparound services to restore dignity, hope, and health for people experiencing homelessness, Showering Love sources hygiene supplies and new clothes from our Pompano Beach warehouse. We love talking with founder Jeanne Albaugh and seeing how she’s using her personal experience with homelessness to make a powerful, positive difference in our community.

Last week we donated 120 new hygiene kits for Showering Love’s buses and new housing project to celebrate and support this important expansion. Congratulations to the Showering Love team, and thank you for all you do!

Stop by and see us before the holiday! 🦃 Both MCS Warehouses will be open regular hours Monday through Wednesday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), and closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26th.

🏡 When a local veteran and his family needed to set up their new home, Children's Aid Club was there to help!

Through our quarterly MCS Member Support (MMS) program, Children’s Aid Club requested our help in their efforts to support families that are leaving Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc. We provided them with an MMS Award, which they used to provide this gentleman and his family with an SUV full of household essentials - plus a queen-sized mattress!

Children’s Aid Club has been serving South Florida since 1955 through their mission to positively impact the health, general welfare and education of underprivileged children in our community. They accomplish this by helping families in crisis and through partnerships with other nonprofit organizations serving children in need. We are so proud to support your efforts!

🚚 The year isn’t over and we’ve already delivered more goods than we did in 2023 - and we will nearly double our service from 2022!

♻️ By distributing new and like new products to South Florida nonprofits, we’re on track to divert more than 1.5 Million pounds of retail waste away from landfills this year.

💰 Our products are always 70-80% less than retail prices. The more we distribute, the more our local nonprofits save - 2024 is on track to deliver our biggest year of savings yet!

Last quarter one of our MCS Member Support (MMS) Award winners was .fl , a Delray Beach nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities achieve successful employment and independent living. They used part of their $500 warehouse voucher (which provides approximately $1,650 in retail value) to help two of their clients furnish their living spaces with essentials including a bed, bedding, towels, and more home goods. We love seeing the pride in their smiles!

Each quarter, we review applications for the Morningday Member Support (MMS) Program and award warehouse vouchers up to $500 for organizations working to increase their capacity or support their programs. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝘀𝘁 - 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀.

To show our thanks for our nation’s veterans, all MCS members who have been enlisted AND their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents) can receive a one-time 15% discount to use in either of our warehouse locations all week long (11/11 through 11/14). Both our Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach warehouses are open today to serve those who have served - Happy Veteran’s Day!

Each quarter, we review applications for the Morningday Member Support (MMS) Program and award warehouse vouchers up to $500 for organizations working to increase their increase their capacity or support their programs - like South Florida Hunger Coalition.

This summer, South Florida Hunger Coalition provided meals and camp programs to five of Broward County’s communities with the greatest need. Thanks to their MMS Award, they were also able to provide students with new shoes to start the school year!

We are so proud to partner with organizations working to improve outcomes and help our neighbors in need. Thank you, South Florida Hunger Coalition, for all you do!
